Automatic Replenishment
To have trips or a pass automatically loaded onto your SmartLink Card whenever the card balance is low, set up the "Automatic Replenishment" service. At set-up, you select either a 20 trip, 40 trip, or 30 day Unlimited Pass Product. "Automatic replenishment" will occur when your SmartLink Card reaches five (5) trips or five (5) remaining days. The credit card you designate to pay for this service will immediately be charged the appropriate amount each time your SmartLink Card is "automatically replenished" with the product chosen at setup. One-Time Replenishment
To add trips to your SmartLink Card online at any time, simply set up the "One-Time Replenishment" feature and choose a "trip product" (10, 20, or 40 trips, or 30 day pass) you would like to add. Your designated credit card will immediately be charged the appropriate amount for the trip product chosen. Please note that it may take up to two (2) days for your online One-Time Replenishment order to be processed before the trips are loaded and appear on your Card the next time it is used.
